OFHO in its endeavors to grow its business at a planned rate, it continues to welcome investors who may have an objective to maximize the return on their investment by investing in real estate development projects. These projects, by definition, include purchasing track of land and developing into a single and multi-family residential community.

OFHO has technical know- how and experience to develop single and multi-family residential projects on a turnkey basis in DFW metroplex. Since OFHO’s establishment in January ‘ 2000, it has successfully design build single and multi-family residential projects in DFW metroplex.

It is our objective to fund the expansion of our business through a network of private individual investors and simultaneously provide a high rate of return on investors’ equity.

In line with our objective OFHO continually searches and identifies viable projects from conceptual levels onwards. For a project to be financially viable, it goes through a complete evaluation cycle. The cycle time may vary depending on the complexity involved. Once it has been determined the project meets the criteria of financial viability the project is considered “Ready for Development” and then investor(s) is invited to participate in the development of the project.

It is always our objective to maximize the rate of return on investment and to minimize the risk. Returns are worked out on a project by project basis and vary depending on factors influencing the project.

There are several reasons, namely, we have found a niche in the market where there are no big players, we do our up front due diligent thoroughly to ensure that the risk has been minimized, we keep a good handle on our cost by negotiating best price for the materials and labor and our overhead is frugally managed.

How can an investment be made? Depending on your financial capabilities and the expectations, an investor can participate in two ways. The POOL Project offers investor to participate with a pool of investors who are investing in a specific POOL project. The SINGLE source projects where only one investor is participating with OFHO.

How is profit distributed? At the completion of the project, the equity and profits are distributed to the investors on proportional basis.
