BUILDER PROGRAM

What is Oxford Fine Homes’ STRAIGHT TALK-BUDGET BASED builder program all about? 

STRAIGHT TALK-BUDGET BASED program allows:

Homeowners to know up front the true cost prior to building a home. It offers latitude to a homeowner to build a home within their budget and still, in the mean time build a true custom home with all the amenities in their home.

There are no hidden costs that result in unexpected change orders that cost buyers substantial sum of money. Based on your budget, you will generate change orders that you deem necessary. This method of BUDGET BASED building allows you to get the maximum bang for your dollar.

Interior and exterior finish outs are all of custom quality and excellent workmanship.

Under this program Oxford Fine Homes will build a custom home on your lot at a price of $ 65/Sq. Ft. of air-conditioned area. This price is applicable for homes that are 3,000 Sq.Ft. or larger. Homes less than 3,000 Sq. Ft. are build at a higher price.

 Since all sites, plans and designs are client specific, under STRAIGHT TALK BUILDER PROGRAM, Oxford Fine Homes will provide all the services listed below at extra price. All Impact fees which are city/county specific are charged to homeowner as actual paid to city/county.

 Please note upgrades are available in all areas of the building phase. These upgrades are charged to homeowner at the price of actual paid for materials and labor plus 22% mark up for management fees. Certain upgrades such as additional flat work etc. is charged at Oxford’s builder’s price.
